Marketplace F.A.Q.
During these years of being a seller on several 3d marketplaces, there are questions that usually come to me from people about my assets, how I work, what software do I use..
I'll try to sum it up here:
Can I use the purchased assets on my project, game, demo..?
Yes! that's the whole point on this! But one thing to note. You're purchasing the asset on a marketplace that has it's own legal stuff and licenses that we sellers adhere to sell on it, so if you're wondering if the planned use is covered by the license, please take a look at each marketplace license pages. To name a few:

CG Trader: https://www.cgtrader.com/faq/page/112

I have some issues with your asset, and I'd like to request help. What is the best way to do it?
You can fill this contact form, or just send me an email, oh, and try to add as many pictures and videos as possible. These are very valuable and can speed up the solving time. Youtube comments, or reviews, etc.. aren't my prefered choice as it's difficult to keep a close follow on the issue solving.
I have a feature or improvement that would like to suggest, How can I do it?
You can fill this contact form, or just send me an email, but the chances to be implemented are rather low. While I do love to ear from my customer's ideas, they need to understand that the product has been developed following some principles of quality, design and features. These decisions makes at the end that my assets are amongst the most price-friendly range, without sacrificing quality.
If you're still interested on having your own mods on the assets, you can get in touch with me and let me help to fit even more on your own project. Please do note that these custom tasks are tied to a previous quotation.
I'm not sure that your asset is convenient for my needs (or just dissapointed for reasons), Can I purchase it and return later if I feel so?
Returning policies are different between marketplaces. Meanwhile I don't have any way to enable returns, they have, and marketplace staff usually share this issue with the seller (me). You can count with approval on my behalf, without any single question, but remind that you're purchasing goods to a store, not to me directly, hence, I strongly encourage to read thoroughly the legal stuff before buy.
What amount of data do you keep from your customers?
Each marketplace has its own rules. But usually they provide close to zero personal info from my customers. Some marketplaces share the customer's email, but I'm reluctant to store them and make an email database. World is enought messy to have another seller throwing promotional emails. On this subject, I only can expect you to follow my social media and stay updated.
What software do you use? How do you work, what's your workflow?
Blender, Substance Painter, Marmoset, Photoshop and Unreal Engine mostly, along with a bunch of mods, plugins and small utilities to make my life easier. I'm always pushing my workflow and adding new elements (or just the opposite). But essentially, I'm following a pretty standard one: Concept - Modeling (Low, High to Low, Mid.. Subd - Non Subd) - Texturing - Rigging - Engine Import
